If All is noted next to a class, then the class is suitable for everyone, including those new to yoga. Our yoga instructors can help you select the classes best suited to your needs.
As with all of our group exercise classes, members can enjoy unlimited classes at no additional charge, and we invite you try them all! Working with a number of different instructors will help you find a style that best suits your preferences, which you can then develop with an in-depth study. You can also enhance and enrich your practice by combining weekly classes with two- and four-hour workshops designed for beginners, advanced practitioners, and teachers.
Additionally, private, one-on-one sessions with Bay Club instructors can help you customize a suitable yoga practice based on your needs. These sessions also provide students with a better understanding of the practice itself.
For private sessions, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Why Yoga?
Yoga is a deeply inward practice that combines stretching, breathing, and meditation to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Born of ancient Indian tradition, yoga brings a sense of inner vitality to your whole being by rejuvenating the body, balancing the nervous system, clarifying the mind, and opening the heart.
Practicing yoga daily can help you build lean muscles, manage stress, awaken your spirit, cultivate inner stillness, and improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination. At Bay Club Marin, you’ll find a variety of classes that range from flowing Vinyasa to the more alignment-based practices, like Iyengar Yoga. All classes incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques to promote optimum health and well-being.
